Membership
CISG Membership
Membership in CISG represents three broad categories: Full Member ($125/yr), Associate Member ($75/yr), and Affiliate Member ($75/yr). Please see the criteria for each category below.
Individuals interested in membership should complete the new member application form (linked here) and upload the requested documents (letter and CV). Once membership has been approved you will receive a dues invoice to activate the membership. Full Membership
A full member shall have completed a terminal degree in their respective field of study as set forth by their respective countries or provincial laws. Full members will have at least 3 years of post-degree professional experience and will have completed continuing education related to sports-related brain injury. Full Membership is $125/yr.
Associate Membership
Associate membership is open to anyone with professional experience in areas related to brain injury (including trainees) who do not meet criteria for full membership. Associate members do not have voting privileges and may not hold office but may be members of committees. Associate Membership is $75/yr.
Affiliate Membership
Affiliate membership is open to interested individuals who do not meet criteria for membership at other membership levels. Affiliate members do not have voting privileges and may not hold office or be members of committees. Affiliate Membership is $75/yr.
